Yes, we bake through the night in our Swan Valley kitchen and deliver fresh every morning to our shop. We use premium, fresh ingredients to ensure every bite is the most amazing experience.

Please note that our cakes are made to order and therefore require at least 2 business days notice.

Yes, and No! 

Yes, we have a special (or two) every week to keep your taste buds tantalised. Check our socials on Tuesdays when Louis will post a photo of the weekly special.

We also have our regular range of beautiful desserts that are there every week.

No, you can drop in anytime we're open to purchase them. In the patisserie are our single-serve desserts. You only need to pre-order cakes, which can be purchased online.

No. As we make your cake fresh to order, we need 48 hours (2 working days) notice for cake orders. Many of our cakes require time to set or cool as part of the preparation and it's a process we don't want to rush so that you get the best possible dessert.

Unfortunately, no. As much as we'd love to see you, it is a working kitchen and we are not set up right now for pick ups.

Not yet, but hopefully in early 2022.

We use nuts throughout the cooking process as almond meal, praline and for decorations. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee nut free in desserts, even those that specify they do not contain nuts. There may be traces of nuts due to preparation in the same kitchen with nuts.

While we use gluten free ingredients in some of our desserts, those marked as gluten free may contain traces of gluten due to them being prepared in the same kitchen as other products containing gluten.
