Traditional dessert from Alsace (France)...where I was born. It's our version of the baked cheese cake, though as cream cheese didn't exist there, it was made with a thick and rich yogurt instead, as a result it is lighter and fluffier than most baked cheese cake made with cream cheese . We keep the tradition alive and deliver the original one !!
